About the role
The Operations & Logistics Manager at BAZZAAL oversees the full supply chain from Korean manufacturers to US fulfillment. This role owns production coordination, international shipping, customs compliance, and Amazon FBA operations, with a direct focus on cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing & supplier coordination: manage production timelines, inventory planning, 3PL relationships, and production costs. Logistics & shipping: oversee fulfillment, warehousing, and domestic/international shipments; secure best carrier rates. Amazon & FBA: manage inventory, shipments, and account health. Import/export & compliance: own shipping strategy, customs documentation, and trade-regulation compliance. Efficiency: implement logistics automation and inventory systems.
