About the role
The Sales Manager at Bazzaal drives new revenue by connecting K-beauty brands with our influencer marketing services. This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and manages long-term client relationships across the US and Korean markets.
Responsibilites
Identify and pursue new brand partnerships aligned with Bazzaal's services. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Develop customized proposals and pitch strategies based on client goals. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with the influencer, marketing, and operations teams to deliver smooth successful campaigns. Create accurate sales forecasts and develop strategic sales plans to meet targets. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
