About the role
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Kijibae will play a key role in optimizing our Shopify and Amazon stores and executing digital marketing tactics to drive growth and engagement, with the primary goal of acquiring new customers. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this individual will focus on paid performance marketing, email, SMS, and SEO strategies.
Responsibilites
PERFORMANCE MARKETING: Own, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs. Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to enhance campaign effectiveness. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings. Regularly monitor SEO performance using analytics tools identifying opportunities for growth. EMAIL AND SMS MARKETING: Own, develop, and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. Segment audiences and create targeted campaigns tailored to customer behavior and lifecycle stage. Monitor and report on campaign metrics to inform future strategy. DATA AND REPORTING: Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards. Gather and analyze data across email, SMS, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns to measure effectiveness. Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director with recommendations for optimization.
